NON DELIVERY OF LPG GAS

My consumer No. is 10942 with INDANE, ARVIND GAS AGENCY SEC. 10 BHILAI 490 006 CG. I have booked gas on 27th June 09. Today it is 10th day, they it will take another 7/8 days. As per rules I should get a cylinder in 21 days. Pl do the needful.
