Non Delivery Of LPG Gas Cylinder at home

I am A.K. Singh (Anil Kumar Singh) Administrator C.B.S.E. Affiliated School From New Delhi. Govt. Of India. I have to lodge one complaint against The Distributor S.N. Enterprises, Pakari Ara Bhojpur Bihar 802301. In previous days, system for delivery of cylinder at home was working. But now a dayes, it has collapsed, I am directed to obtain the cylinder from 4 k.m. away from my home on over bridge.where havy traffic is going on. One incident had happened with my wife while she has carrying the cylinder. At present my delivery no. of gas is 49/29.10.09. it has also ackonadlege that no. of gas is being distributed late by 18 days. So i want to lodge the complaint regarding non delivery of cylinder at home & also regarding late delivery by date.
