DearSir,

I am a frustrated customer of Indane LPG Gas. Customer No 22024 in name of Ms. Swarnali Bhunia. I am completely troubled and irritated by the Dealer Laksya Indane, 1, AryaVeer Nagar, Jagatpura Road, Model Town, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajastan.

I have only single cylinder connection and they give delivery for more than two weeks. Sometimes they say, cylinder is already delivered to your home! Or they say, the delivery man had been to your house (which is false). The cylinder comes like a surprise after a long time, after 3-4 attempts of booking. Every customer says that this agency sales the cylinders in 'Black' to many who are not customers of the agency, who give more money to them for each cylinder. One surprising thing I have noticed in the last three/ four months that sometimes when I have not even booked for a cylinder but still delivery man comes to deliver and asks for the empty one, that means any fake person or the dealer (may be) always books gas using my consumer number.

Currently no one is picking up the existing numbers in any hour of the day so that customer can book for the gas.
