The agency had delivered a cylinder on 12th of July as I had booked a few days before. But the stock they had delivered had a problem as i observed on the next day[Sunday].

On the next working day i.e. on monday 14th July I raised a complaint on this issue with the agency.

The reply from them is they will be sending mechanic for rectification.

Today it is 16th of July and their answer is the same [they will be sending immediately]. I am calling on daily basis atlest once in a day since 14-07.

If this is the case what do you mean by service; If possible don't give wrong commitments.
