Non delivery of gas cylinder on time

Sir,

i m lpg consumer in kalka.i booked lpg cylinder refill on 11 august on phone, my booking no. is3286.

on enquiring from vendor on 22 august he says it would take another 11 days to get my refill.

i was unable to contact the distributor (code-92010774).

i want to know the cause of delay and quick action to be taken as it is about already 32 days from my last refill and it is really difficult to wait for another 11 days.
