Non Supply of Refill

I have a LPG connection from Indane. I am served by M/s K 2 International, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi (South Delhi). Though I booked a refill on 19.02.2010 & 15.03.2010. I have not received both booking the cylinder uo tp till date, though other consumers who booked their cylinder on 8.04.2010 were supplied today.

The firm M/s K 2 International, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi do not any answer the telephone promptly. Their phones are either engaged or no body answers. After about 15 minutes they say that the cylinder will be delivered tomorrow.

My consumer number is 36278.
