I sunil bhatia, customer of ms.prabhat gas service, shop no 34, 'b'block community center janakpuri new delhi 110058, my cust.no. "P-21632 "booked my lpg on date 17/4, my bill printed on same date but dilleverd me on 19/4, 11.45 am.when i feel that my cylinder is not proper in waight, then i asked to wander, pls give me your weaing metion.he refused that he (mr Ranjeet Singh Chouhan as he told his name.)dont have w..ing metion with him.i complaint him that gas cylinder is not full properly pls go and come with w... ing metion .he came after 3-4 hours and show me his trick and weight approx.30 kg. when i asked him that it is not properely weight.when i waight myself with same w..ing metion, i shocked that was onty 24.90to 25.00 kg.than iasked to wander pls show me your i card, he avoide to produse his i card.than i refused to take that cylinder and asaked him to change the cylinder and come with i card. after few minuts he come with another person Mr mangal singh also without i card and say sorry to me and also dont want to produse his i card, said his i card not with him.he changed cylinder and take lesswaight cylinder back.this is happned 3rd time.your help line no 9899538292/1800111282 and 011-23411282 not responding (no one attending.)my bill no.7413 dt 17/4.pls take nessrey action and inform me.by e mail.my mob.no.0 9868016541.pls inform me . sunil bhatia.dt 19/4 17.01 pm.thanking you.
