Sir, I Cons. No. SL 23822, Name: RAKESH (1/5143. GALI NO.-5, BALBIR NAGAR, SHAHDARA, DELHI-32) booked gas ON DT:20 OCT. 09 AT 11:34 AM TO SHAHEED SUBHASH GAS SERVICE OPP. POLICE STATION, G.T.ROAD, SHAHDARA, DELHI-110032, Ramdas booking gas Rifill said supply came in 7 days. When supply not came than done phone on dt:28 oct. 09 at 2:46 pm Ramdas replied send cylinder at home on 29 oct. 09 to me. BUT Supply send at home on dt:30 oct. 09 at 12:06 pm, I seen the slip no.11707 MENSTION DATE:27 OCT. 09 ORDER NO.11712 TIME:09:26 AM. Like this agency person Ramdas Booked (after my booking date) 7-8 days late, I already booked a cylinder after 05 SEP. 09.Like this Distributor delays Customer in supply a gas refilling, self changed booking date of customer a week and Customer wait of cylinder at home supply came today but he did not knoe that Distributer changed the booking date and not attent the customer phone also. Take action against SHAHEED SUBHASH GAS SERVICE SHAHDARA DELHI-32 OF CHANGEGED IN BOOKING DATE OF CUSTOMER.Complainder RAKESH Tel. No.22320001&MO. NO. 9868515183.
