Gas Agency owner demanding bribe

Dear Sir,

I've a single cylinder gas connection and I've applied for the second cylinder on 18th May since then I haven't received the second cylinder. I approached many times to 'Saeesh Enterprises' at 23-226, R.K.Nagar, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad, but they refused to provide me the cylinder stating that there is a freeze in issuing new or extra cylinders.

Today, 10th March 09, I approached them, they told me that "The cost of extra cylinder is 1600/- but "What are you willing to pay extra for my stomach? ". When I refused to pay the money he denied me the cylinder and told me to suffer the consequenses.

I believe that the owner of the agency is not at all afraid of any legal actions.

Could you please help me on this matter?
