UJJWAL GAS SERVICE manager demand reshan card transfer from Baroda to Surat and without this UJJWAL GAS SERVICE manager will not serve refiling cylinder to me.

I have inddane gas cylinder from ujjwal gas service since 14/07/06.i have transferred my gas cylinder indane from divya gas agency Baroda to ujjwal gas service Surat. On 24 jun when i go for refilling cylinder ujjwal gas service manager say

reshan card transfer from Baroda to Surat and without this UJJWAL GAS SERVICE manager will not serve refiling cylinder to me. He say also UJJWAL GAS SERVICE have not centralized so they cannot serve the refilling gas cylinder out of his Surat zone.

In my reshan card LPG gas information is DIVYA GAS AGENCY.
