Eshan card transfer for refilling gas botol

I am living in Surat. I have Indian gas (ujjawal gas service 26 lb apartment ringroad Surat) botal within 4 years, today i try for botol refilling, manager want rashan card of Surat, but have rashan card from Baroda, so i need information is it neccesary to transfer the resan card from Baroda to Surat. In my resan card indan gas (diviya gas agency baroda) written. I have transfer my gas botal from Baroda to Surat in date 14/ 7.
