Non delivery of gas after booking, no contact possible

I am a customer of Indane Gas past 6 yrs. I get my gas service from Vishnu Gas Agency, Kadugodi Whitefield, Bangalore.

We have booked our gas two weeks before and then they said delivery will be within 3 days. We did not get the delivery and since then we are trying to reach them on their contact numbers but most of the time, a recorded msg comes which says this telephone line is not working. But, when i tried in mornings, twice i got the connection ie phone was ringing but no one picked up. When i tried again, i got the same recorded msg that phon not working. This seems very fishy. First, their none of the phones are working past two weeks so we cant contact them. Also, in between how we get the connection and no one picks up.

This is bringing lot of mental stress as we are without gas past one week and eating outside. We might even get sick this way.

I dont know how to contact the agency or lodge a complaint to Indane gas regarding this. This way these people even are encouraging black marketing of gas and some action needs to be taken against them. Pls help!!!
