delay gas delivery

Respected Sir,

we registered a request for booking gas cylinder at SHYAM INDANE GAS AGENCY KHATAULI (consumer no.18252) for INDANE gas cylinder 40 days back (5 NOV), he was promised that the delivery will be done with in 10 days time but so far I haven't received it. Also whenever you call this AREA MANAGER (SWARN SINGH) the phone will be engaged, if its no engaged they will not lift it. When i went to their office the phone receiver was put down to avoid customer calls which is very bad.

This is not the first time i am experiencing it, lots of other people also complain the same. They do not talk properly when we raise this as why delay in supply and why phone calls are not answered. he captured a deliveryman than sale the cylinder in grey market but he hasn't any action against the deliveryman. they sale the cylinder in grey market @ 450-600.

They always reply short supply.

We not me you can also get LPG gas from every corner or every third shop in market every mohalla in grey market, but there is always short supply at booking agency.

I hope you will take action against this grey
