Delay in getting new connection

To Whom It May Concern:

I would like to register my complaint against Mithila Gas Agency, Sector 19, NOIDA who is the nominated agency of Indan Gas.

I have applied for new connection in the month of March and completed all the required formalities and still struggling to get connection.

I have visited at least 50 times to the agency but every time I have been asked to wait because some one from agency will visit my home than they will issue a new connection or pay some extra money.

Since I don’t have any gas connection I have to buy gas from black market and have to pay extra money every month.

I don’t understand where and how should I make a complaint to get new connection faster without paying any extra money (donation).
