Excess billing

Sir, i shuaib jamadar having the cell no9845058549 frm the past 10yrs.it was an prepaid no then i got it converted to postpaid about 4yrs back.

my complain is that from last bill dated for april i got an excess sms charge of rs700, wen i enquired to 121 they said that it was to a fix std landline no ie..05628646349.sir i hav nt sent a single sms to this no & and also do nt know whose the no is.then they gave me a vavour of rs 250rs saying that it ws the maxium they would & asked me to change my hand set, i did so.

then again in the may months bill i again got charged rs 3646, for the same sms charge & for the same number.wen i tried calling the no it is an nonexsisting no, i called the 121 people they say the charges r valid & that i must pay the amt.

sir my pray is that i have nt sent a single sms to the number & the no is nt known to me, i request you to please solve my problem.as early as possible, or i shall b forsed to swich to other networks which ar a plenty in market...
