Delay in LPG cylinder delivery

I m Resident of Dwarka, New Delhi and customer of Indane. The Distributor is Dwarka Gas Agency. Mu Consumer no is 3716 I booked Gas almost a week back & Even after regular follow ups they have not supplied the cylinder till date. Even thier response is too rude over phone & in these days of crisis their phone (0112543457) also are not reachable or they get it engaged intentionally. Im in trouble as both cylinders are empty and Please help.
