Poor response notclear about the policy on indane LPG gas supply

Our consumer no41742 Indane LPG GAS in the name of my mother Mrs. Narayana.

We booked the replacement on 4/7/32008 monring and appealed that we dont have any fuel at our home to belp us to delivery if possible on satarday itself. They said they will but they say maximum with in 2jdays. Since My aged mother can not go out and have food we have attempted to go to agency office around 7.30 PM but no one is there at the office but they are claiming they will work from 8am to 8pm.

Another pity situation We have 1 main and one addtonal conneectimn to avoid the stock out situation.

But our agency is telling that they can take the booking only after 30 days gap. The purpose of baving addtiona cylinder is we have to meet our cuncsumpiton once in 21 days.

But we under from our freiends in our circule same indane gas other agency giveing addtional refill once in 21 days.

We are not clear what is the policy. Were we can see this policy. Day today linfe is getting affected and w due to poor supply and there is no customer cetricity.

We have called allmost 4 times to get the delivery today as we are working family and unable to manage the day to day affair since LPG is not there. We are not afford spent every day out side food which is not good for health and also expensivie.
