I am very sorry to say that your performence in netconnectivity is very poor

there is no connection for the las 2 weeks

it is very uncomfortable for us

why we are payng money without using your products, i mean net connection.one or two hours netdown can afford us.but throughout the day for more than oneday it is very uncomfortable for us.

we are using your conncetionby disconnceting the asianet conncetions.they will give the compensation if there is no net conncetion.so please adjust from your side.i think the customer care centre will not send my complaints to you. every time i call them and ask to send my complaint to the headquarters.
