Booking Not received through Phone

Dear Sir,

I am a long time consuner of Indene Gas at following Branch:

Branch: Uttarpara

Distributor Code:96160038

Dist-Hooghly, 712258, West bengal

In Uttarpara Branch, there is facility to book order via phone and they provide a phone number 91-33-2664 9494 which I used several times to book order.

But for last few months, they are not attending/picking up the phones and keeping it in busy mode throught the day.

Now I have to visit their place to book order which is very troublesome for an aged consumer (Senoir Citizen) like me.

So my sincere to concerned authorities to please take proper steps in the issue and help the older people like me.
