Gas cylinder not delivered after booking

Sir the phone of this particular gandhi gas agency (krishna nagar new delhi) is always busy (22516821 and 22500977) and when it gets dialed no one picks up the phone the company is ghadhi gas service which is in krishna nagar new delhi... MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 27026 AND BY MY NAME..ramesh. they cant delivered gas cyliner after booking i book my gas on 07.03.2008 but they cant delivered till present date . no one can hear this complaint they missbihave if we goes there office . plz take some strick action PLEASE RESOLVE THIS AS SOON AS EVER.. and teach a lesson to him
