ATM Money Not credited but deducted from my account

Sir, Madam

On 01 Oct 09 I tried to withdraw Rs 15, 000 fro ATM of CBI but actually money was now receive and Rs 15, 000 is deducted from My account several time I approached to concerned bank but no joy.

Details are as follows;
