Trading Terminal disabled

Dear sir,
I am really fed up with the services rendered by Indiabulls. About 20 days back I was trying to open my trading terminal at home and accidentally I entered the wrong password. The trading terminal was disabled. Since the last 20 days, I have sent many mails to Helpdesk Indiabulls (helpdesk@indiabulls.com) and my relationship manager Mr. Rahul Bajaj (rbajaj@indiabulls.com) at Panipat and so far my trading terminal could not be reset. My relationship manager does not even bother to respond to my mails.
Please look into the matter and resolve my issue. Suggest me the way so that stern action against my RM could be taken.
