Money not credited to account from past 7 days

We have a demat account with Indiabulls (Pathankot, Punjab Office) A/c No. 446276. We purchased the shares in the account on available limit on 22nd January and submitted the cheque for the amount (Rs. 130000) on 24th. The ICICI bank cleared the cheque on the same day as is being reflected in the mini statement of ICICI.

The amount is not yet credited in the demat account and the Manager Vikas is talking of squaring off the account tomorrow stating that your account is showing a negative balance.

This is a visible case of fraud by Indiabulls and we want a clarification about it from Indiabulls
