Subject :- Complain regarding refund of money/ shares from M/S India Bulls Securities Limited, F-60, 2nd Floor Malhotra Building, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001 .(SEBI Regd. No. INB230875632, CODE NO.-08756)

Sir,

With reference to the above subject matter, I would like to inform you that my trading a/c I.D. is LM-24 and Dmat a/c no. is 1202990004087188 at M/S India Bulls Securities Limited, Saran chamber, Hazrat ganj, Lucknow. I came to know that Ms. Rupali, Vice President, of this branch office has sold out all my stock holdings of Rs. 25 Lacs and more (approx.) in Dmat form or in trading a/c and demanding an amount of Rs. 0.91 Lacs (As per their version) even after debiting the whole amount of Dmat or trading a/c shares amount. She did not took any Delivery chalan /slip from me to debit the shares from my Dmat account. This is intimated to me on 28th of February’2008 on telephone. She did this act just to receive a good amount of incentive for herself as well as brokerage for the company, keeping aside the interest of the client. This way she was showing her competence to her company authorities and building her image to get early promotion. I was kept quite in dark. Now they are Black-mailing and forcing me to pay the balance amount without acknowledging me to get back my money or shares. They have not provided me the following documents till date ;-

1). D-mat a/c opening form copy.

2). Trading a/c opening form copy.

3). Copies of contract notes.

4). Copies of ledger accounts.

5). Copies of profit /loss accounts and related documents etc.

6). Stock holdings in D-mat or trading account monthwise seperately.

7). Name and numbers of Shares with date, trasferred from M/s Karvy stock brokings Ltd. in the month of November’ to my name and a/c no.(D-mat or trading a/c detail).

My saving of 31 years of service has been ruined by Ms. Rupali of M/S India Bulls Securities Limited, Lucknow. They did not took any action against Ms. Rupali but started me to threaten to pay the debit amount of Rs. 0.91 Lacs (As per their version) for which I am not responsible at all. This is an act of forgery, mis-appropriation of shares and money, as well as cheating. I have intimated to their Chairman/ Managing Director, Indiabulls Securities Limited, F-60, 2nd Floor, Malhotra Building, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001 at E-mail address -helpdesk@indiabulls.com . dated 29/2/08, 1/3/08, 14/3/08, 18/3/08, 27/3/08 as well as vide registery no. 333609 dated 18th March’2008

You are therefore requested to look into the matter personally and take the necessary action to get back my money / shares so that my family could not starve because I am at the verge of retirement very soon. I had saved this money for higher education of my children as well as for my treatment of Diabetes and Heart disease. I am very much in shocking condition and hanging in between life and death, being a heart patient. I have not heard any thing from you that my complain has been registered with you or not and what action has been taken against the firm by you. Please intimate me accordingly.
