As i m working with indiabulls securities ltd. in mumbai since 05-05-06. i have received the confirmation letter with my employer. as there was a 4 day leave w.e.f 20-03-08 to 23-03. i had visited to my native place in varansi. i got an severe accident on 26-03-08 & i got admitted in hospital since 26-03-08 to 21-04-08. when i came back in mumbai on 22-04-08. i called my supervisor then he told me that i have been terminated. my employer has terminated me on 24-03-08 & i came to know the same thing on 28-03-08 when i was unable to access my official mailbox. from 28-03-08 to till date i have been writing mails to senior persons of my organisation to know the reason abt my termination. but they r not reverting me back.
what should i do now? please revert me back as early as possible.
