Indiabulls financial services have deceived us

Indiabulls financial services limited company people have approached us offer to sanction 120 lakhs. After submission of our financial documents and all the necessary documents which they require, we have submitted to them. The company has issued a sanction letter and collected processing fees from us in form of cheque for Rs: 15000/- bearing the cheque no: 545543 of bank of baroda and also a bankers cheque for Rs: 105750/- No: 587427 of bank of baroda totalling to an amount of Rs: 120750/-

After taking processing fees from us they are escaping from us and not giving proper response we have given mails to the company but proper response was not arrived from them. Lastly we requested them to refund the processing fees which we have paid for not releasing the loan amount. We have also given mail grieavence cell of the company the reply from them was i.e the amount which we have paid was commitment fees and this amount not refundable.

We have also given blank cheques to the company even they have not returned them to us.

Please do the needful in the above matter.
