Non receipt of prize after 100 days

I had received an email stating that I had won a colour mobile which is as - "Congratulations on being the 3rd Prize Overall Runners Up of Indian Fantasy Stocks & Shares for June!!

In spite of giving all the details and constant followups I had not received the same till date. To my greater surprise another e mail received from them on 14th October which is as "Congratulations on being the Overall winner of August on Indian Fantasy Stocks and Shares!

You have won a Colour Mobile!

Team IFL will get in touch with you shortly

Since they had failed to deliver the earlier prize how can we expect them to full fill this also??

If they have the intention of fooling the participants and to earn mileage out of it, we have no other alternative but to approach Consume Court. Getting a colour mobile is not the motto but teaching them a lesson is certainly there.
