Product Not Delivered

I had ordered for a cake to be deliverd to my Kerala address. Although they took the charges from my credit card instantly the product was not delivered. But they sent a confirmation mail that it was delivered on 13th July. When I sent them the news that it was not delivered they promised to look into it and revert but after that inspite of many reminders they are not responding. Their last contact was 22nd July. Please look into the matter because many people are duped in this manner by reputed companies.
