Not Paying the PF amount

I am a old employee of India Healthcare Solutions Pvt Ltd. (IHS). I was resigned my job on 03/30, but till date (10/07) I did not received my PF amount. I enquired to Pf office, they replied the PF amount was not paid properly to them and the responsible person for IHS was not answered properly to the PF office employees. What can we do for this. We have gone to office (HIS) several time, but every time the responsible party for EMP PF was not in his Chair. Can we go for Consumer Court?? Please advice. Another one they are not paid the first year PF amount of Old employees into their PF account. And lot of employees facing the same problem.
