Fraud billing on my Credit Card

On 23/3/09 I have been billed fradulently on my ICICI Credit Card by indiaideas.com to the tune of Rs. 1, 863.36.
Theere seems to be no web site by this name, hence finding out who they are is also not helpful.
I would like to lodge a complaint against them.
