False ECS claim from my Citibank Account

I recieved a letter from Citibank stating that they'd recieved a mandate from IndiaIdeas.com for an ECS claim from my Citibank account. When I called Citibank to challenge this, they mentioned that this mandate was from IndiaIdeas.com on behalf of American Express for credit card payment.

I haven't had a relationship with American Express for almost a decade now and I certainly haven't authorized any ECS. I've instructed Citibank to put a stop payment on this ECS.
