Iam wasiq khan holding Demat account with indiainfoline.

I opened this account on 31/12 to pay Rs.6000/- but still yet to receive my client master list and other welcome kit and they are charging unnecessary till now they have charged me Rs.1000/- and whenever I visit there Madhapur and banjara hills Hyderabad branch there nobody response me every time they say that they will call me but still I did not get even one call I have lost my 6000 thousand rupees.
