IndiaInfoline Make huge losses in my share account by doing delivery trade by themselves

I am holding an trading account in IndiaInfoline (AMTTBAND). My previous experience with IIL, I was not using this account since long time, when It came to my mind company had used my total amount (with zero balance) without any information. After I complained, a part of the amount IIL has returned me with condition (i.e. If I get any profit in future then I shall return IIL amount back) and As per the request of IIL, after that I have restarted my account by paying the part amount back to IIL plus invested some amount to the existing one.

NOW

I have warned IIL to use my account only in Intraday Trading and to close the trading daily any how in profit or loss by 3 pm instead of 3:30 pm. Instead of warning several times, IIL has done Delivery Trading on their own and it made me a huge loss for which company is not taking any responsibility.

There is a poor communication from the side of IIL even after several follow ups.
