No responce on Unclear deductions

The company is deducting amount from trading account without any information.

When I asked about the clarification and reason for such deduction they are not responding.

Earlier my account has been deducted for late payment. At that time I had asked for the calculation they are using to calculate penalty.

But at that time they didn't replied.
