im a middle class employee, India infoline gui's called for account opening and took my documents and check for 2555 which was deducted from my citibank account, (check06/05 Cheque No.854362 paid TO INDIA INFOLINE LTD 2555.00)

There said that the account wil open within 4 days, but till today (19/06/08) there is no growth, and gui who is responsible for all this is Mr. Ramesh with contact number 9848010703,

now per day im calling him around 10 to 20 times, the phone is ringing but he is not answering, he sending some unacceptable messages, like (im suffering from viral fever wil be back in 2 days) but after days also the same situation.

I don't know whom to tell this situation, anyone who can help, kindly do it.
