Non-receipt of monthly salary

I am Harish Garwal (Employee code C59443) appointed as Manager Financial Products Distribution from 29th July ' in Nagda branch. Sir, I want to bring your kind notice that, I have not received my monthly salary of August & September till today. The same matter was informed several times to HR coordinator, Indore Miss. Deepti Upadhyay. As per IWIN my complete required details are mentioned & available, accordance to discussion with HR coordinator, they required my bank account details of last three months for further necessary action from Mumbai.

According to HR coordinator & Territory Manager, Nagda branch will close & they received the order from Mumbai. My salary can receive only after, signed exit form by me, & Nagda branch is going to in debt from 6 months.

In addition to further the same matter also informs & discussed with territory manager also, but not satisfactory results came out.
