Trading without authorization and information

I, Mr. Dipanjan Sur having an trading account (ID-DIPSUR21) and DP account (ID-1204470003755044) with India Infoline Ltd. at I was busy with my business for last few days and have not trade much and also not watch the account and related documents. Now I got some time and saw my portfolio has been reduced in terms of no. of share which I had purchased. Then I saw some contract note for some days when I was not traded or that trade had been done without my concern. These days are as follows:

15/10, 31/10, 6/11, 7/11, 11/11, 12/11, 14/11, 17/11, 19/11, 20/11, 21/11, 26/11, 1/12, 2/12, 3/12, 4/12, 5/12, 10/12, 12/12, 15/12, 16/12, 17/12, 19/12 and 20/12

After detection, I immediately call my Relationship Manager Ms. Pallavi Majumder (Emp. Code- C60868) but she does not pick up my call. I send her SMS to stop trading and contact me. She stop the trading but not call me till date.

Kindly take some necessary action so that I can recover my loss either in terms of money or share.
