I want to take an strict action against GUPTA GAS AGENCY by You

Dear Sir,

I have booked for the gas cylinder (Indane Gas Agency, Gupta Gas Agency) on 09-07 (Booking No.2199) But I have not received it. When I went to the agency to confirm about the position, they told me that It has been Cancelled And He Booked my next Booking on 23-07 (Booking No.5778). and He said that You Have recieved it in next 2 Day. But I have not it recieved till today. I request to you that you have take an Strict Action agianst
