Fraud in commitment by website promotion company

Im amit verma. i was opted indiamart after they conviced me to promote my product on internet. last year i was charged 15, 000/- for promotion but i didnt get response. this year i decided to switch to other options such as alibaba and sulekha but one of there executive commit me gud business after he has realised that my promotion was not properly done. he made me alluring promises .i hav written proof of him. he took a advance of rs.10, 000/- from me, assuring me to take balance after i do all commitments. but then i called him . indiamart has fired him from job. new executive said that indiamart is not responsible for that guy. i asked them to give my money back . he said company once take advance will not return any sum. still when i see that nothing done i refused to pay them balance cheque and they barred my webpage.
