Non delivery of order

Before 3 months I have received a call from India today that there is offer of Bennetton watch at just Rs. 499/- and I have give online order for this product and made a payment through my credit card. But still I have not received delivery of that product.

Person has given me a helpline no. which is not working.

Please suggest me what to do.
