Replacement of battery under warranty

I had purchased new exide battery (ATB 38B20R 4G7 26774) in the month of Aug 07. The battery is giving repeated problems of discharge. The charging circuit and leakage tests conducted by the technicians are normal. However the same battery is being recharged by the service engineers and fitted back. My previous battery lasted for 6 years on my santro car (2001 model) from 07. My faith in the company needs to be assured by redressing the complaint and replacing the defective with new one free of cost within the warranty period.
