Delay in receiving passport

Sir,

i am an officer in the indian air force, serving for more than four years now... me and my colleague have applied for the passport in may with all the documents well furnished including annexure e, our police verification was also done together. Whereas my colleague had received her passport in time, i have not received it till date..firstly your officials at passport office, jaipur did not entertain my query then on numerours calls, and efforts they said they need the NOC.Here i must mention that i had already completed and submitted the NOC alongwith other documents and in all possibilities your officials have misplaced it. However, i had again sent the NOC but no action has been taken. My file reference no. is JPR-Z04284807 and my name is Flt Lt Vaishali Bhardwaj. It is extremely disturbing to know that such carelessness can cause so much nuisance and your officials have no regards for defence personnel too. Whereas this is such a waste of effort, money and time, but nevertheless i shall keep on trying in the hope that some action would be taken because as stated i have already sent the NOC twice and it is definitely some callousness on the officials part as they have misplaced my documents...
