Amount debited in my account but not amount with draw

Sir,

I am veeramani & i am State Bank of India account holder my Account number 30507363171 is and my branch at Kashmir, lay (branch). My mother have my ATM card she is in Madurai Tamil Nadu State. 3 months before she went to Canara bank ATM Mattuthavani at Madurai she insert the SBI ATM Card into Canara bank ATM and enter the amount of RS.20000 (Twenty thousand only) the amount debited in my account but she didn't get that money. Sir please follow the problem and credit in to my account. Because i took so many steps for getting the money all are failure. It is the second complain.
