I am an account holder in your Bank and A/c No.626201072840 i.e zero balance account since 1999. When I transferred from Pune to Trivandrum accordingly account transferred to Trivandrum. Now I am in Karnataka, Bangalore. After arrival this place transaction was made and one day the account No. lock. I deposited certain amount and the same had not credited to the account. I enquire to the manager about the fact then advise me better a put application to withdraw amount. Account will not active. Zero balance account for defence personnel, ICICI bank launched in the camp area for opening the account of personnel. Now the facilities are not exited after a long few years. What is actual rule. Can I continue the zero balance account? Please intimate me.
