Non reciept of passport

Respected Sir,

This complaint is in respect of paasport requisition of my father, mother nad sisiter. The undersigend had submitted in the nehru place divison with undermentioned details for applicants as mentioned below. However, even after due police verification and other formalities, there is no confirmation to their requisition.

It must be appreciated that due this non recipet my parents have been unable to been sent for the necessary treatment abroad. I thus humbly request you for kind intervention and ealry process ofthe application at the earliest.
