PAY FIXATION AFTER 6TH CPC

Sir, I am 736424-H Ex-Sgt Rajneesh Upadhyaya, IAF (P), my DoD from IAF was 30 apr at the time of my discharge I came to know that my junior having enrolled in my trade on 07 Jan 1993 was drawing more Basic pay than me by Rs. 140/-. In apr my Basic pay was Rs. 9930/- and the junior had Rs. 10070/-. Hence, I request you to please revise my Basic equivalent to the junior's or apprise me of the procedure for its reconciliation.
