No Response against Damaged Baggage Report

Dear Sir,

I had registered a complaint against my damaged bag recovered after arrival to Indian Airlines, Bangalore. My complaint file no. is BLR/DBR IC 014 dated 24 feb for flight IC 403 From New Delhi To Bangalore. I have received my bag with pad lock broken condition.

Till date i have not received any response from the authority.

Please guide me for further action.
