I Shri Sandesh S Gaikwad being as a Serving in Indian Army LRW 59 Fd Regt, C/O 99 APO, Pin 925759 an account holder A/C No is 030770389573 in SBI Tenga Valley, West Kamang Braanch Code No 3594, Arunachal Pradesh, Presently I in Leave for One month I am leave at Dombivali (East), at Maharashtra. I Swaped my SBI ATM Card of Tenga Valley No 6220180359400088209 from SBI Dombivali (East) branch code no 7124 on 26 Oct at 11.53am TXN no 8727 for Rs 15, 000/- as a result of which a sum of Rs 15, 000/- has been debited to my above A/C No 030770389573 although the transaction did not go through and cash was not delivered, i tried again but the same thing happened, I also given complain to near SBI Dombivali Branch to the ATM officer and local head office Details as under 1800 112211 and 08026599990, 03612273663 I have call many times at all this phone Nos But i cant take any response. I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible. Please refund me the amount i hereby declare under penalty of perjury that the above statement are true and authrosied the bank to recover this amount from my account if the BANK is unable to confrim the validity of my claim.
