Arni branch Manager no response to indian bank customers

Hi Sir, this is balaji pachiyappan mani, I started my account on dec still my ATM not able get because they having my ATM Card, i tried to ask with arni branch manager, he didn't response to me and other customers along with abuse bad words. and also branch manager speaking badwords with colleques (co-workers) in local languages, me and many customer disturbing about it, Kindly please take immediate action otherwise he will spoil our bank name.
