Wrong debits

Dear Sir,

I have SB account with Indian Bank (N Usman Rd Br) on 9th April i recd a msg saying request timed out when i try to withdraw Rs.5000 from HDFC then i went to Union Bank of India ATM i recd the same msg no money was recd. around 9.30pm i went to Indian Bank to withdraw Rs. 5000. i recd the money but the balance got reduced to the extent of Rs.10000. i spoken to customer care. they said you have to give ur complaint in your Bank Branch. please suggest some remedy to get my money Back... please
